Squatchbot - AI daily standup chatbot

SquatchBot is a chatbot tool designed to streamline team collaboration and productivity within Slack. It enables teams to automate daily stand-ups and gather feedback, all seamlessly integrated within the Slack interface. SquatchBot empowers teams to maintain organization, alignment, and accountability by offering a centralized platform for communication and task management directly within their existing workflow in Slack. Squatchbot was created from Viking Sasquatch’s company code-a-thon. It was the winning project and is now utilized internally at their company for daily operations.

One Staff Medical - Project Reboot, a new look for an old company

One Staff Medical has a huge overhaul of its website, which I named Project Reboot. Project Reboot represents a successful front-end overhaul of One Staff Medical’s outdated nurse staffing agency website. While my involvement was primarily during the early planning phases of the project, my contributions were instrumental in laying the groundwork for its success. During the initial stages of Project Reboot, I played a pivotal role in establishing robust project management processes to support the upcoming expansion of the IT and marketing departments. Collaborating closely with team members and C-suite executives, I contributed valuable insights and expertise to ensure the project's alignment with organizational goals and objectives. By implementing meticulous software development lifecycle methodologies and streamlining the development process, I helped lay a solid foundation for the project's subsequent stages.

As a project manager, I guided Abstrakt from inception to MVP launch. As a scrum master, I led daily scrum stand-up meetings with a global team, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking throughout the development process. They are a team of personal assistants and business concierge specialists trained in efficiently and effectively completing those tasks people don’t have time for. I managed Zeal’s online web portal as their MVP and executed it’s to launch at market.

Digitizing IWCC

As the catalyst behind the transformative project at IWCC residence life, I identified an opportunity to modernize administrative processes and elevate the student experience by digitizing all paperwork forms. Recognizing the inefficiencies of traditional paper-based systems, I spearheaded the initiative to streamline administrative workflows, including the digitization of student worker time cards. eRez ellucian integration - eliminating 2/3's of the work

As the driving force behind the eRez-Ellucian integration project, I recognized the critical need to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency in student housing assignments. Prior to this integration, every time a student was assigned to a room, the same information had to be manually entered into three separate programs, leading to redundant efforts and increased workload for staff members. With a keen eye for optimization and a dedication to improving operational workflows, I spearheaded the initiative to integrate eRez with Ellucian, a transformative solution that eliminated the need for redundant data entry across multiple platforms. By seamlessly linking these programs, student housing assignments could now be processed efficiently with information automatically synchronized between systems.

Leading the project with a focus on timelines, accountability, and effective communication, I ensured that team members were aligned with project objectives and held responsible for their respective tasks. Through proactive updates and engagement with stakeholders, I provided transparency into the integration process, fostering confidence and support for the project's success. The VisePal is a patented precision adjustment handle engineered by Smith Dynamic Labs specifically for machine vises. It fits many types of vises and easily slides onto the vise handle hex shaft, secured with the integrated set screw. The VisePal has a diamond-pattern knurled grip surface meaning it was made to be used with your bare hands!

The VisePal is made from durable die-cast precision-machined Zinc/Aluminum alloy, (95% Zinc, 5% Aluminum) and has a unique hollow center design where it can be used alone or in conjunction with other vise handles.

The VisePal was specially engineered for quick positioning or re-positioning of parts. The parts tightened down with the VisePal can be machined immediately or tightened further by inserting a standard vise handle.
